What is your return policy?

We accept returns on any unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Item must be returned in its original condition. For assistance with any opened product that has been tried or tested, please contact customer service at hello@ilitycollective.com within 30 days with your feedback and we can facilitate a refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed. For additional help, please email hello@ilitycollective.com 


How do I place a return or exchange?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, and all major debit and credit cards.


What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Do you offer a discount on first time purchases?

We sure do! We offer a Founders Perk by subscribing to our newsletter. Once you sign up you’ll be able to receive updates, access to exclusive deals, and more. 


Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

You are only able to use one promotion code per order.



Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic ground shipping is dependent on the location and weight of the package. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will ship via USPS unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Shipping is only available within the United States. No international shipping at this time. 


How long will my orders take to ship?

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours of the following business day. Orders generally will arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.


Will I be charged a sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders.


How long is shipping and processing?

Typically within 5-10 business days UNLESS otherwise stated on a PRE-ORDER option. All pre-order options are clearly labeled in each listing.
